I lightened the lines for the sunflowers and brighten the colors. Better?
.....and this is the new one. There's just going to be these 2 for now. I'll be working on smaller prints of Slayers chibis in dedication for the 2 new season release later on this year. =)

The outline of the sunflower pedals seem to tie them into the picture better.
On the second piece, you seemed to have went with a little more realistic facial anatomy. Thought that was interesting, any reason why?
On a critique note, the composition for that flows very well. Liked the way you used Sai's scroll to transition to the characters in the bg, middle ground, and foreground. Sakura's hand seems a tad too big though.

You can prob tell that i spent more time on sakura than anyone else. As for why a more realistic look is b.c i didn't want to do the regular anime smile with the upside down "D" i actually tried it and then i changed it. Maybe it's also the way of how i colored in her eyes compared to hinata.
Even though that is the reason, it bothers me a little since she looks out of place from the other characters. I'm thinking about changing it again...actually sakura gave me the most problem since i redrew her multiple times. ^^;;
I love eyes on the 2nd piece you actually made Sakura look like a girl compared to the way the creator of the series draws her
let's hear it for making the girls look like ladies! I like the second piece the best. I love the chibis and the whole painting aspect of things. awesome job.
The first one, I'm creeped out by the eyes on the girl, but I know that's how they are supposed to be.
